On December 28th, 2011, VietinBank has reported on the results of phase 2 of its Charter Capital Increase plan to the Prime Minister.
Accordingly, the total number of shares offered for sale are 337,162,027 registered shares, the total number of shares distributed is 337,162,027 shares, representing 100% of the total number of shares registered for sale. In particular, the State purchased 270 761 695 shares, equivalent to VND 2,707,616,950,000. Non-state shareholders purchased 66,400,332 shares, equal to VND 664,003,320,000.
The number of shares that shareholders refused to buy is 576,435, accumulated from small offers. These shares will continue to be on sale from 12/17/2011.
After the shares issue, the new charter capital of CTG is VND 20,229,721,610,000. CTG has now completed phase 2 of its Charter Capital Increase plan. The total value of shares purchased by the State is VND 2,707,616,950,000.
