VietinBank's 2018 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

The Board of Directors (BoD) of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) hereby announces the success of 2018 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM 2018) with the following details:
1. Venue: The Conference Hall of VietinBank Training and Human Resource Development School, An Trai Village, Van Canh Commune, Hoai Duc District, Hanoi, Vietnam.
2. Time: from 07:30 am on Saturday, 08th December 2018.
3. Participants: All shareholders owning shares of VietinBank that are included in the List of Shareholders as of 21st November 2018.
4. Meeting Agenda:
- Proposal for approval of 2018's business plan and 2017's profit distribution plan;
- Proposal for approval of the restructuring plan for investment project of VietinBank's Head Office at Ciputra;
- Proposal for approval of personnel issues of VietinBank;
- Other issues (if any).
