Pursuant to the resignation letter from the position of Member of the Supervisory Board of Ms. Pham Thi Thom from 01/11/2025 to retire and enjoy social insurance benefits (VietinBank received on 08/10/2025);
Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) respectfully announces the change in VietinBank’s personnel as follows:
In case of resignation:
- Ms. Pham Thi Thom.
- Resigned position: Member of the Supervisory Board.
- Reason for resignation: Retirement to enjoy social insurance benefits.
- Effective date: 01/11/2025 (VietinBank Board of Directors will report to the General Meeting of Shareholders at the nearest meeting).
