Announcement of changes in personnel of VietinBank

- Pursuant to Resolution No. 29/NQ-DHDCD dated 18/04/2025 of 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank);

- Pursuant to the Decision of BoD No. 6868/QD-HDQT-NHCT-NS2 dated 18/04/2025 on the appointment of Deputy General Directorof VietinBank;

- Pursuant to the Decision of BoD No. 679/QD-HDQT-NHCT-NS2 dated 18/04/2025 on the reappointment of Deputy General Director of VietinBank;

VietinBank respectfully announces the change in VietinBank’s personnel as follows:

1. In case of dismissal

- Mr: Nguyen Duc Thanh

- No longer holding the position: VietinBank’s BoD member for term 2024-2029.

- Reason for dismissal: Resolution No. 29/NQ-DHDCD dated 18/04/2025 of VietinBank’s 2025 AGM approved the dismissal Mr Nguyen Duc Thanh from BoD member for term 2024-2029 to hold the position as VietinBank Deputy General Director.

- Effective date: 18/04/2025.
