Transaction with VietinBankSc

On 01st December 2016, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No.647/NQ-TTHĐQT-NHCT44. Accordingly, the Joint Stock Securities Company of VietinBank (VietinBankSc) was selected as issuing agent, registry agent and payment agent for VietinBank’s bonds, scheduled to be issued in December 2016.
