State Bank of Vietnam approves VietinBank's plan to increase charter capital

March 21st, 2012, the State Bank of Vietnam issued Document No. 1633/NHNN-TTGSNH to approve VietinBank's plan to increase its charter capital from VND 20,229,721,610,000 to VND 26,217,719,206,560. Method: paying stock dividend (20%) and stock bonus from share premium (at a rate of 9.6%) to existing shareholders.
