Pursuant to the List of stock holders allocated the right to buy shares No. R013/2013-CTG/VSD-DK issued by Vietnam Securities Depository sent to VietinBank on 13^th September 2013, the total number of new shares to be issued is 457,260,208 shares.

Therefore, VietinBank distribute the rights to purchase new shares to existing shareholders based on the actual number of shares to be issued is 457,260,208 shares

Result on the new share issuance:

1. Total number of distributed shares: 457,260,208 shares, representing 99.99% of the total number of shares to be issued.

2. Total value acquired from the new share issuance: VND 4,572,602,080,000 (In words: four thousand five hundred seventy-two billion, six hundred and two million, eighty thousand vietnamese dong; certified by the bank where the escrow account was opened to receive money of buying shares).

3. Total issuance’s expenses:VND329,600,000 Net gain from the new issuance: VND 4,572,272,480,000 (in words: Four thousand five hundred seventy-two billion, two hundred seventy-two million, four hundred and eighty thousand vietnamese dong).
