Information disclosure on the Representative of State onwership at VietinBank

On 21/9/2021, VietinBank received Decision No.1492/QD-NHNN dated 17/9/2021 of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) on the appointment of State ownership’s Representative at VietinBank.
Accordingly, the SBV appointed Mr. Tran Minh Binh, VietinBank’s Chairman of the Board of Director for the term 2019-2024 to represent 40% of State ownership’s Representative and to be the State ownership’s Representative in charge at VietinBank since 17/9/2021.
