On 23rd April 2019, VietinBank's Board of Directors has issued Resolution No. 118/NQ - HDQT-NHCT1.2 regarding the election of Mr. Le Duc Tho, Chairman of VietinBank’s BoD for term 2014-2019 as Chairman of VietinBank’s BoD for term 2019-2024. Mr. Le Duc Tho is the legal representative of VietinBank.
