On 31/5/2023, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No.190/NQ- HDQT-NHCT-VPHDQT1 regarding the overall issuance plan of tier 2 capital raising bonds (secondary bonds) via private placement in 2023 of VietinBank.
