Information disclosure on BoD’s Resolution regarding the amendment and promulgation of VietinBank’s Charter

Pursuant to VietinBank’s General Meeting of Shareholders’ Resolution No.25/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ dated 29/4/2022, VietinBank's Board of Directors has issued Resolution No. 480/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT-VPHDQT1 dated 25/12/2023 to approve the amendment and promulgation of Charter on the Organization and Operation of VietinBank corresponding to the additional charter capital and number of shares (after the issuance of shares to pay dividend from profit after tax, after fund appropriations and cash dividend payout in 2020).
