On 14/02/2025, VietinBank disclosed Resolution No.030/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT on the organization of 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) to be held on 01/04/2025.
The materials for 2025 AGM have been published on VietinBank’s website since 11/03/2025 at "https://investor.vietinbank.vn" – “Events" - "AGM” - “2025” - “2025 AGM” section for shareholders to access and study before the meeting. The documents for 2025 AGM will be updated and supplemented according to the approval of the competent State Agencies.
