On 26/08/2024, VietinBank disclosed Resolution No.318/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT on the organization of 2024 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) to be held on 17/10/2024.
The documents for 2024 EGM have been published on VietinBank’s website since 26/09/2024 at "https://investor.vietinbank.vn" – “Events" - "Shareholder General Meetings” - “2024” - “2024 EGM” section for shareholders to access and study before the meeting. The documents for 2024 EGM will be updated and supplemented according to the approval of the competent State Agencies.
