Information disclosure on 2024 AGM and term 2024-2029’s materials

On 5/3/2024, VietinBank disclosed Resolution No.042/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT on the organization of 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) and term 2024-2029 to be held on 27/4/2024.

On 28/3/2024, VietinBank received list of security owners who have the voting rights at VietinBank’s 2024 AGM and term 2024-2029 recorded at the last registration day of 26/3/2024 from Vietnam Securities Depository & Clearing Corporation (VSDC). On 5/4/2024, VietinBank sent invitations to attend the 2024 AGM and term 2024-2029 by guaranteed method to shareholders at their registered postal addresses as recorded in the list provided by VSDC.

The documents for 2024 AGM and term 2024-2029 have been published on VietinBank’s website since 5/4/2024 at "https://investor.vietinbank.vn" – “Events" - "AGM” - “2024” - “2024 AGM and term 2024-2029” section for shareholders to access and study before the meeting. The documents for 2024 AGM and term 2024-2029 will be updated and supplemented according to the approval of the competent State Agencies.
