Disclosure of transaction with VBI (BBB & ECC Insurance Policy Contract)

On 30/6/2021, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No.209/NQ-HDQT-NHCT2.1. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of VietinBank unanimously approved the Banker Blanket Bond and Electronic Computer Crime (BBB & ECC) Insurance Policy Contract within VietinBank system for the period of 2021 - 2022 between VietinBank and VietinBank Insurance Corporation - VBI (a subsidiary of VietinBank).
