Disclosure of transaction with VBI

On 29/04/2020, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No.163/NQ-HDQT-NHCT2.1. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of VietinBank unanimously approved the Banker Blanket Bond and Electronic Computer Crime (BBB & ECC) Insurance Policy Contract for the period of 2020 - 2021 between VietinBank and VietinBank Insurance Corporation - VBI (a subsidiary of VietinBank).
