Disclosure of Fidelity Insurance Contract with VBI

On 30/6/2021, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No.210NQ-HDQT-NHCT2.1. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of VietinBank unanimously approved the Fidelity Insurance Contract within VietinBank system for the period of 2021 - 2022 between VietinBank and VietinBank Insurance Corporation - VBI (a subsidiary of VietinBank).
