Disclosure of depository contract with VietinBank Capital

On 5/11/2021, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No. 418/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT2.1. Accordingly, the Board of Director of VietinBank has unanimously approved the draft contract for the depository contract for entrusting customers of VietinBank Fund Management Company Limited - VietinBank Capital (except for securities investment funds, securities investment companies) between VietinBank and VietinBank Capital when the service arises.
