Disclosure of D&O insurance contract with VBI

On 14/10/2021, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No.381/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT2.1. Accordingly, the Board of Director of VietinBank has approved the liability insurance contract for VietinBank’s Board of Directors's members and Management level (D&O) for the period 2021-2024 between VietinBank and VietinBank Insurance Joint Stock Corporation (VietinBank’s subsidiary).
