Disclosure of BoDs’ Resolution regarding the policy approval of changing name of VietinBank – Binh Duong Industrial Park Branch

On 11/8/2025, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No. 308NQ-HĐQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1 approving the policy of changing the name of VietinBank's Binh Duong Industrial Park Branch:
- Current name: Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Binh Duong Industrial Park Branch;
- New name: Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – East of Ho Chi Minh City Branch;
