On 20/01/2025, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No.013/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of VietinBank unanimously approved: (i) The tripartite Cooperation Contract between VietinBank, VietinBank Insurance Corporation - VBI (a subsidiary of VietinBank)and partner; (ii) The Appendix to the Insurance Agent Contract No. 012/VIETINBANK– VBI signed on 26/03/2021 between VietinBank and VBI.
