Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the supplement and admenment to the Connection Agreement between VietinBank and VietinBank Capital

On 31/01/2024, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No.023/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1.
Accordingly, the Board of Directors of VietinBank unanimously approved the supplement and admenment to the Connection Agreement No. 01/VietinBank-VTBC dated 12/9/2022 between VietinBank and VietinBank Fund Management Company - VietinBank Capital (a subsidiary of VietinBank) on providing support services for opening fund certificate trading account at VietinBank Capital.
