Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the public liability insurance contract between VietinBank and VBI

On 17/11/2022, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No.396/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of VietinBank unanimously approved the public liability insurance contract for VietinBank (period 2022 - 2025) between VietinBank and VietinBank Insurance Corporation - VBI (Subsidiary of VietinBank).
