Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the policy of changing name of VietinBank – Thua Thien Hue Branch and VietinBank – South Thua Thien Hue Branch
On 27/12/2024, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No.509/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1 approving the network policy for VietinBank’s branches and transaction offices, including:
a) Changing the name of VietinBank – Thua Thien Hue Branch:
- Current name: Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Thua Thien Hue Branch;
- New name: Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Hue Branch;
b) Changing the name of VietinBank – South Thua Thien Hue Branch:
- Current name: Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – South Thua Thien Hue Branch;
- New name: Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – South Hue Branch.
