Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the policy of changing name of VietinBank – Hai Duong Industrial Park Branch and VietinBank – Quang Nam Branch
On 17/10/2025, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No. 409/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1 approving the network policy for VietinBank’s branches, including:
a) Changing the name of VietinBank – Hai Duong Industrial Park Branch:
- Current name: Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Hai Duong Industrial Park Branch;
- New name: Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – West of Hai Phong Branch;
b) Changing the name of VietinBank – Quang Nam Branch:
- Current name: Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Quang Nam Branch;
- New name: Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – South of Da Nang Branch.
