Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the policy of changing location of Cao Bang Branch

On 12/08/2025, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No. 314/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1 approving the network policy, which includes changing location of Cao Bang Branch:

- Name (unchanged): Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Cao Bang Branch;

- Current location: Phoenix Building, Kim Dong Street, Thuc Phan Ward, Cao Bang Province;

- New location: No. 064 Hoang Dinh Giong Street, Thuc Phan Ward, Cao Bang Province;
