Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the policy of changing location of Bac Da Nang Branch

On 04/12/2024, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No. 447/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1 approving the network policy for VietinBank’s branches and transaction offices, including changing location of Bac Da Nang Branch:
- Name (unchanged): Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Bac Da Nang Branch;
- Current location: 381 Nguyen Luong Bang, Hoa Khanh Bac ward, Lien Chieu district, Da Nang city;
- New location: Lot 03 & 04, area A2, Phuong Trang High-rise Urban and Commercial Complex, Hoa Minh ward, Lien Chieu district, Da Nang city;
