Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the limit contract for lending/deposit transactions on the interbank market between VietinBank and Indovina Bank

On 03/12/2024, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No.445/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1. Accordingly, the Board of Director of VietinBank has unanimously approved the limit contract for lending/deposit transactions on the interbank market between VietinBank and Indovina Bank (affiliated company of VietinBank).
