Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the Guarantee Contract, Property Mortgage Contract and Valuable Papers Pledge Contract between VietinBank and VBI

On 21/03/2024, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No. 063/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHDQT1. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of VietinBank unanimously approved the Guarantee Contract, Property Mortgage Contract and Valuable Papers Pledge Contract between VietinBank and VietinBank Insurance Corporation - VBI (a subsidiary of VietinBank).
