Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding the content of the sample tripartite consulting contract between customer, VietinBank and CTS

On 03/03/2025, the Board of Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has issued Resolution No. 41/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHDQT1. Accordingly, the Board of Director of VietinBank has unanimously approved the content of the sample tripartite consulting contract between Customer, VietinBank and VietinBank Securities Joint Stock Company - CTS (subsidiary of VietinBank).
