Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding property mortgage contracts and documents amending, supplementing the pledge contracts between VietinBank and VBI

On 27/12/2023, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No. 483/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of VietinBank unanimously approved the property mortgage contracts and documents amending, supplementing the pledge contracts between VietinBank and VietinBank Insurance Corporation - VBI (a subsidiary of VietinBank).
