Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding insurance contract against all risks of ATM assets; cash in ATM, shortage of cash in ATM between VietinBank and VBI

On 30/11/2023, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No.435/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of VietinBank unanimously approved the contract between VietinBank and VietinBank Insurance Corporation - VBI (subsidiary of VietinBank) that providing insurance against all risks of ATM assets; insurance for cash in ATMs; insurance for shortage of cash in ATM in VietinBank system for the period of 2023 -2026.
