Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding Cyber Risk Contract with VBI

On 25/12/2024, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No.501/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of VietinBank unanimously approved the Cyber Risk Contract between VietinBank and VietinBank Insurance Corporation - VBI (Subsidiary of VietinBank).
