Disclosure of BoDs’ approval regarding cooperation contract between VietinBank and CTS

On 01/8/2024, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) issued Resolution No.289/NQ-HDQT-NHCT-VPHĐQT1. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of VietinBank unanimously approved the Appendix to the Cooperation Contract to provide services of opening payment accounts, securities accounts and connecting/disconnecting payment accounts and online securities accounts for individual customers between VietinBank and VietinBank Securities Joint Stock Company - CTS (a subsidiary of VietinBank).
