Appointing new Deputy General Director of VietinBank

On January 5th, 2012, the Board of VietinBank issued Decree 012/QĐ-HĐQT-NHCT1 to appoint Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh, Managing Director of Dong Da branch, as Deputy General Director of VietinBank. The Decree was effective since January 15th, 2012.
