Announcement of changes in personnel of member of Board of Directors of VietinBank - Mrs. Tran Thu Huyen
On 24/4/2024, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) received Decision No 789/QD-NHNN dated 23/4/2024 of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) on "the admission and appointment of officers", therefore, we would like to announce the change in personnel of VietinBank as follows:
In case of appointment: None
In case of dismissal:
- Mrs: Tran Thu Huyen
- Dismissed position: Member of the Board of Directors of VietinBank.
- Reason: According to Decision No.789/QD-NHNN dated 23/4/2024 of the SBV, Mrs. Tran Thu Huyen was admited and appointed to hold the position of Chief of the SBV’s Office from 23/4/2024. Pursuant to Point b, Clause 1, Article 35 of the Law on Credit Institutions No. 47/2010/QH12 dated 16/6/2010 and Law No. 17/2017/QH14 dated 20/11/2017 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Law on Credit Institutions No. 47/2010/QH12 and Point c, Clause 1, Article 45, Charter of VietinBank, Mrs. Tran Thu Huyen is no longer a member of the Board of Directors of VietinBank from 23/4/2024.
- Effective date: 23/4/2024.
