VietinBank’s new business certificate and changes in the legal representative

On 29^th April 2014, Hanoi Authority for Planning and Investment issued new business certificate for Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank).

Based on the new certificate of registration, the legal representative of VietinBank is changed as follows:

- Position: Chairman of the Board of Director

- Full name: Nguyen Van Thang

- Birth Date: 12^th September 1973.

- ID No.: 001073000160 dated 24^th December 2012 in Hanoi.
