VietinBank’s new business certificate and changes in number of outstanding shares with voting rights

On 14th May 2013, Hanoi Authority for Planning and Investment issued new business certificate for Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) with amendments to its old business certificate as follows:
- Chartered Capital: 32,661,443,480,000 dong (In words: Thirty two thousand six hundred and sixty one billion four hundred and forty three million four hundred and eighty thousand dong)
- Nominal value of shares: 10,000 dong
- Total number of shares: 3,266,144,348
Based on Securities Registration certificate number 38/2009/GCNCP-VSD-5, issued by Vietnam Securities Depository, Vietinbank announced the changes in number of outstanding shares with voting rights as follows:
