VietinBank’s new business certificate and changes in number of outstanding shares with voting rights

On 22nd October 2013, Hanoi Authority for Planning and Investment issued new business certificate for Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) with amendments to its old business certificate as follows:
- Chartered Capital: 37,234,045,560,000 dong (In words: Thirty seven thousand two hundred and thirty four billion, forty five million five hundred and sixty thousand dong)
- Nominal value of shares: 10,000 dong
- Total number of shares: 3,723,404,556
Based on Securities Registration certificate number 38/2009/GCNCP-VSD-6, issued by Vietnam Securities Depository on 1st November, 2013 Vietinbank announced the changes in number of outstanding shares with voting rights as follows:
