Change in license for establishment and organization
Pursuant to Decision No. 47/QD-NHNN dated 14/01/2026 of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) respectfully announces the amendment of the contents in the License for establishment and organization No. 13/GP-NHNN dated 17/06/2022 issued by the SBV Gevernor to VietinBank as follows:

Article 2 in the License for establishment and organization No. 13/GP-NHNN dated 17/06/2022 issued by the SBV Gevernor to VietinBank: “VietinBank's charter capital is 53,699,917,480,000 VND (in words: Fifty three thousand six hundred and ninety nine billion nine hundred and seventeen million four hundred and eighty thousand Vietnamese Dong)”.
2. Information after change:
Article 2 in the License for establishment and organization No. 13/GP-NHNN dated 17/06/2022 issued by the SBV Gevernor to VietinBank: “VietinBank's charter capital is 77,669,446,370,000 VND (in words: Seventy seven thousand six hundred and sixty nine billion four hundred and forty six million three hundred and seventy thousand Vietnamese Dong)” according to Article 1, Decision No. 47/QD-NHNN dated 14/01/2026 of SBV.
3. Reason for change: Change of charter capital due to the issuance of stock dividends from retained earnings in 2021, 2022, and the period from 2009 to 2016.
(Decision No. 47/QD-NHNN is an inseparable part of the License for establishment and organization No. 13/GP-NHNN dated 17/06/2022 issued by the SBV Gevernor to VietinBank).
4. Effective date: 14/01/2026.
5. Receipt date of the Decision on adding business activities to the License for establishment and organization of VietinBank: 16/01/2026.
