SBV approves VietinBank’s new charter

On 04/18/2012, VietinBank received Document No. 700/TTGSNH by the State Bank of Vietnam to approve VietinBank’s registration of new its new charter, which was approved at the General Meeting of Shareholders on 02/28/2012.
