Resolution on depository registration and additional listing of the new share issuance

VietinBank’s Board of Directors has issued Resolution No. 582/NQ-HĐQT-NHCT55 on 22nd October 2013 regarding the depository registration and additional listing of the new share issuance as follows:

 

- To register additional depository of the total new share issuance of 457.260.208 shares (including 294,762,012 of The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) shareholder and 162,498,196 shares of non SBV shareholders).

- To additionally list 162,498,196 shares issued to the non SBV shareholders.

- The procedures and period of depository registration and additional listing of the new share issuance are in compliance with regulations of current law.
