Notification on Last registration date to exercise the right to receive 2024 cash dividends

VietinBank announces Last registration date to exercise the right to receive 2024 cash dividends as follows:

1.      Last registration date: 15/10/2025

2.      Payout rate: 4.5%/par value (01 share receives 450 VND)

3.      Dividend payment date: 17/11/2025.

4.      Payment location:

         + For shares which are in custody by depository members: Payment are executed at depository members locations where shareholders maintain their accounts;

         + For shares which are not in custody by depository members: Payment are executed by presenting shareholders’ personal ID at VietinBank Securities - Floor 1 to Floor 4, Building N02-T2, Diplomatic Corps Area, Xuan Dinh Ward, Hanoi City (on weekdays) starting from 17/11/2025 and present ID/Citizen ID/Passport.
