Pursuant to Decision No. 755/QD-QLGS2 dated 28/04/2025 of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) respectfully announces the amendment and supplementation of the business contents in the License for establishment and organization No. 13/GP-NHNN dated 17/06/2022 issued by the SBV Gevernor to VietinBank as follows:

2. Information after change:
Article 4 in the License for establishment and organization No. 13/GP-NHNN dated 17/06/2022 issued by the SBV Gevernor to VietinBank: The addition of the activities of “Treasury services for credit institutions and foreign brank branches” according to Article 1 of Decision No. 755/QD-QLGS2 dated 28/04/2025 of the SBV.
3. Reason for change: The addition of the activities of “Treasury services for credit institutions and foreign brank branches” according to regulations (Decision No. 755/QD-QLGS2 is an inseparable part of the License for establishment and organization No. 13/GP-NHNN dated 17/06/2022 issued by the SBV Gevernor to VietinBank).
