Mr Michael Knight Ipson officially became VietinBank’s BoD member

On 30th September 2014, VietinBank received the Dispatch No. 7028/NHNN-TTGSNH dated 25th September 2014 from the State Bank of Vietnam on "VietinBank’s BoD member nominated by IFC."

 

-          Pursuant to Resolution No.56/NQ-CP dated 4th August 2014 of Vietnamese Government that allow IFC to nominate representative in the Board of Director of VietinBank;

-          Pursuant to Resolution No. 999/NQ- ĐHĐCĐ of VietinBank’s Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders dated 24th July 2014;

Accordingly, Mr Michael Knight Ipson, representative nominated by IFC, officially became VietinBank’s Board of Directors member for tenure 2014 to 2019.
