Information disclosure on the State Bank of Vietnam’s approval regarding VietinBank’s charter capital increase

On 4/10/2023, VietinBank had received Official Letter No.7558/NHNN-TTGSNH dated 28/9/2023 of the State Bank of Vietnam regarding VietinBank’s charter capital increase, approving VietinBank to increase charter capital by issuing shares to pay dividend from profit after tax, fund appropriations and cash dividend payout in 2020.
VietinBank will continue to carry out the necessary procedures to issue stock dividends to shareholders and disclose information in accordance with regulations.
