Information disclosure on the second issuance of public offering bonds (according to Certificate of registration for public bond offering No.233/GCN-UBCK dated 16/12/2024)
According to the certificate of public offering bonds 233/GCN-UBCK dated 16/12/2024 of the State Securities Commission (SSC), Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) was approved to issue public offering bonds by 02 sessions.
VietinBank completed the first issuance of public offering bond and disclosed information in the dispatch No. 056/HĐQT- NHCT-VPHĐQT1 dated 17/01/2025.
On 17/03/2025, VietinBank received dispatch No.234/UBCK-QLCB dated 14/03/2025 of the SSC on “reporting documents on the second issuance of public offering bonds of VietinBank”. Accordingly, VietinBank would like to disclose information related to the second issuance of public offering bonds as follows:
- Dispatch No.234/UBCK-QLCB dated 14/03/2025 of the SSC on “reporting documents on the second issuance of public offering bonds of VietinBank;
- Second issuance announcement of public offering bonds (according to certificate of registration for public bond offering No.233/GCN-UBCK dated 16/12/2024) No. 344/TB-TGD-NHCT-KDVTT2 dated 18/03/2025;
- Updates on VietinBank's Offering circular (according to certificate of registration for public bond offering No.233/GCN-UBCK dated 16/12/2024) dated 10/03/2025;
(Offering circular and attached appendices had been disclosed by VietinBank at the first issuance announcement of public offering bonds in the dispatch No.1205/HĐQT-NHCT-VPHDQT1 dated 19/12/2024).
