Information disclosure on the Representative of State onwership at VietinBank

On 27/01/2022, Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry & Trade (VietinBank) received Decision No.100/QD-NHNN dated 25/01/2022 of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) on the appointment of State ownership’s Representative at VietinBank.
Accordingly, the SBV appointed Mr. Le Thanh Tung, VietinBank’s member of the Board of Director for the term 2019-2024 to represent 30% of State ownership’s Representative at VietinBank since 25/01/2022.
