Information disclosure on the changes in VietinBank’s Deputy General Director

On 23/5/2020, 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of VietinBank approved the dismissal of Mr. Hiroshi Yamaguchi from the position of VietinBank’s Board Member for the term of 2019-2024 and the additional election of Mr. Masahiko Oki as VietinBank’s Board Member for the term 2014-2019 in Resolution No.21/NQ-DHDCD.
Subsequently, on 26/5/2020, the Board of Directors of VietinBank issued Decision No.302/QD-HDQT-NHCT1.2 on the dismissal of Mr. Hiroshi Yamaguchi, Deputy General Director since 26/5/2020 and Decision No.2568/QD-HDQT-NHCT1.2 on the appointment of Mr. Masahiko Oki as Deputy General Director of VietinBank since 26/5/2020.
