Information disclosure on second issuance of public offering bonds in 2020
According to the certificate of public offering bonds No.115/GCN-UBCK dated 12/6/2020 of the State Securities Commission (SSC), Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) was approved to issue 2020’s public offering bonds by 02 sessions.
VietinBank has completed the first issuance of public offering bond in 2020 and has disclosed information by dispatch No.895/HĐQT-NHCT2.1 dated 3/8/2020.
According to dispatch No.5208/UBCK-QLCB dated 25/8/2020 of the SSC on “the second issuance of public offering bonds of CTG”, VietinBank would like to disclose information related to the second issuance of public offering bonds in 2020 as follows:
1.Dispatch No.5208/UBCK-QLCB dated 25/8/2020 of the SSC on the second issuance of public offering bonds in 2020 of VietinBank;
2.Second issuance announcement of public offering bonds in 2020;
3.Updated report on offering circular of VietinBank’s public offering bonds in 2020.
